Conditions and water levels - We're all good!

Hello everyone!

Many have been asking about the river conditions since all the storms that came through 4/3-4/5/2025.

As often happens, much of that went around us! We are very blessed. The river was very muddy on 4/4 and 4/5, but was mostly clear by the afternoon on Sunday, 4/6/2025.

(Remember, we are only 15 river miles down from the dam, so we only have Bruce Creek, Hightower Creek and Lithia Creek above us, and of course our little Buttercup creek that comes through our property.)

Also, there was some work done up at the top of the property where you park for the walking trail when Cotter was doing some sewer line improvements. It seems like where they did that culvert work really helped us out.

Our little creek didn't come out of its banks, and it didn't even go over our low water bridge. We had no property damage.

The lake level has come up, but they are not running a whole lot of water because water down south has been high.
