UNIT 11 - Lodging at His Place Resort, on the White River

Unit 11 is a stand alone manufactured home right on the river, with a detached deck overlooking the water, and river access on the south side.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit is designed to comfortably accommodate 9 persons, with one king size bed and one twin bed in the master bedroom, one twin bed and one set of bunk beds in the second bedroom, and one full size bed and one set of bunk beds in the third bedroom.  (The king size bed in the master bedroom can be split into two twin beds.)  Additionally, there is a queen size sleeper sofa sofa for additional persons if necessary.  (Max 11-12 persons.)

This unit is very popular with groups of gentlemen and families, and is very economical for larger groups.  Unit #11 is a great example of our comfortable, affordable White River lodging in the Arkansas Ozarks.

There is a covered wooden deck on the west side facing the river with bench seating built in to the deck, a picnic table, an outside fireplace, and large smoker/grill.

Like all of our units, it is fully furnished with good A/C & heat, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dinnerware, cookware, glassware, silverware, paper towels, tin foil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee creamer, coffee filters, some complimentary coffee, towels, washcloths, facial/body soap, a rag drawer for messes, and basic satellite TV.  This unit also has a dishwasher and indoor gas log fireplace.  All units are extremely clean, and are No Smoking & No Pets.

As you can see in the pictures below, unit 11 has lots of space in the kitchen & living room,  The master bath has a separate shower and garden tub, and the second bath is located off the third bedroom, and has a shower/tub.
