2024 Eclipse! Special Event Info and Policies

Are you excited for the 2024 Eclipse on April 8, 2024!?!?

As a special event, our minimum stay, deposit and cancellation policies are as follows for the 2024 Eclipse.

• There is a 4 night Special Event minimum stay for all lodging reservations whose dates include April 6 - April 10, 2024, however we may make last minute exceptions.
• Cancellations or Changes for reservations spanning this time period must happen by Thursday, February 29, 2024.
• There is no cancellation/change fee if you cancel by February 29, 2024.
• Early departures will be subject to the 4 night Special Event minimum stay.
• Downgrades to smaller lodges will not be allowed during this event.
• For reservations booked before March 1, 2024, we will not take the customary 1 night deposit.  The projected lodging balance will be charged IN FULL on or after March 1, 2024. 
• Reservations taken on or after March 1, 2024 for this event will have the projected lodging balance charged IN FULL at time of reservation.
• There will be No Refunds for any reason, including inclement weather, after March 1, 2024.
